Sergio, Jesse, even Elizabeth have went above and beyond their expectations to NOT ONLY get us approved with a weak credit rating, but to work with Us in getting moved-in and to make sure EVERYTHING was to our expectations. I would like to extend my appreciation to the owners as well. Thank You for the opportunity to be here and enjoy the peace and solitude that having your own place to lay your head at night w/o having to rely on others for anything. She went above and beyond to meet with me after business hours to view the property and the application process was seamless as she was able to answer all my questions. On my first night I was unable to get any hot water but I was able to use the app to make a maintenance request. I had a call back within minutes and my problem was solved instantly.
