I knew within minutes of speaking with Spring Bunting that I wanted, no needed her to represent us in the sale of our home. She is (as my mother would say) "one smart cookie". I have dealt with many realtors in my life and Spring runs circles around them all. In a time when finding a solid buyer was near impossible she gave great advice, performed her job flawlessly, and kept the communication lines open at all times. We had our buyer in about 30 days and closed without a hitch. We have already recommended Spring to three of our friends and they all are as impressed as we are. Thank you Spring, you are the best!

I had the pleasure of working with Manny, and he was the absolute best. We attempted to sell our house with a different realtor last year but were unsuccessful. I can tell you, given the low estate value, that she would give as much attention to a $200k home as she would a $1M home. Honest and punctual and responded to all my texts and emails promptly. I would like to say I have been through a very rough experience with this sale but Spring jumped in and pulled all the stops and smoothed everything thing out! The issue was not with her nor the buyer but with the seller I represented. I don’t know how spring did what she did but the deal moved forward without a hitch. She really went above and beyond across the board on the is deal. She was able to do everything she told me she could. She suggested things to do and everything moved as she said. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. She is way more than just a realtor.
