If I can put a zero out of zero, I would, the staff was very rude Lydia and Kathy, They were very rude to my grandmother over the phone and spoke to us in a belittling manner and yelled over the phone telling us how they do not care, We have since then moved agents, but they Have damaged our account. If you're thinking about getting Statefarm goes to another State Farm agent.

Lydia and Shawna have always been great! Both helped me through some difficult times when family was killed in a car accident and when my son moved away out of state for a year. Spoke to Kathy for the first time in 7 years today and she is an AWFUL person!! She spoke to me like I was a nuisance and not a valued customer. I love State Farm and the women that work for her. Still undecided if I want to stay with her as my agent.

State Farm is one of the best insurance companies ever. Their rates are affordable and their coverage is spot on! They are helpful and so nice. I especially think our agent shawna is the best! She makes things so simple and is always so kind.

My fiancé, has had issues with Kathy on multiple accounts. Never returns calls, continues to withdrawal from account even though you have switched agents, writes fraudulent checks that bounce when she claims to be trying to get you your money back. Also, when the checks bounce she leaves it your responsibility to contact the bank to see what happened and when you try to get back to Kathy because the bank needs to speak to her, she disappears and never answers or returns calls. It has been about 6 month and he has yet to be refunded his money.
