Rude lady, called for a quote asking for home insurance and states I never told her what I wanted. Ma’am you should’ve asked then it’s quite literally your job. The tone of how she asks for questions are completely unprofessional, she sounds as if you owe her an explanation for why you have things the way you do. For example I own my home, she was baffled on how I was able to get my home without insurance. Like the info doesn’t matter if you were never going to help me with anything to begin with. After not knowing the year of the home or the condition of the roof, she refused to help me any further and told me “good luck finding insurance” told me good by and hung up on me. Mind you I just moved in this home after my mom has passed, there’s something called inheritance look it up if you don’t know of it. End of story do not try with this lady she’s rude plain and simple.
