Terry and Debbie are amazing. From organizing the enrollment to answering questions and providing explanations to plans.
They always respond to texts emails or voicemails on the same day usually within 5 min. They truly care about their clients and I’ve gotten to the point where I feel like they are family.
I have used them as my insurance broker for the past 6 years and it was the best move I’ve made. Our statements are accurate and are easily reconciled because they are efficient.
I have had employees tell me that they have stepped in when they received medical bills which were incorrect and they called and clarified the issue and made sure the insurance was billed correctly and removed the financial burden by having the charges accurately billed. To sum it up, they always go the extra mile and I highly recommend them.
