I would like to thank Kim personally for all her help and hard work and efforts to get our problem handled . Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
On a side note I would like to thank the CLAIMS department of AAA , don’t know which lady pulled it off , she FOUND our personalized license plates and made the tow yard and company return them to AAA and then back home to where they were supposed to go!!!! If more companies had this kind of hard working individuals they would be very fortunate. THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!

Glad that I don't have to go To DMV and wait in a long line. I just waited few minutes, pay my registration ang get my sticker with no hassle. Staff are nice and friendly.

I used to like this insurance company so much but it’s not what it used to be. I needed a change in my policy and I was transferred to the main line the first time, the second time the girl went silent and hung up on me. That was so unprofessional and ghetto. If someone has no idea how to do something they need to get help. After being hung up on I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Local office no help for travel... they just refer you to the website THEY would use to look up routes, called TripTix... which is what they refer you to. So basically, they would just use the same website they suggest YOU use. They cannot offer any experience in travel recommendations etc.. Sure miss the days of customized, personal services.

Can’t get the DMV department to give me a call back. Their recorded message says that they will give you a call back at the end of the business day…….what year? I’ve tried to get a simple question answered for three days in a row to no avail😬. Terrible customer service.!!!!!

If you don't carry all of your insurance with them expect a heavy penalty up to double or more than the basic price. Also if you have a medical past they may quadruple your premium just to be with an affiliate agency. I went check on it with other well known companies and it was quite different.
