2 old people at counter need to retire! Very rude!
Refused to help me! Manager Mark got involved! The apple don’t fall far from the tree when training people. That dude is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I will never step foot in that place again if I could give a zero star I would. Tell your grandparents at that counter they need to retire. LoL They refused and where going to charge me taxes! Crooks

Went to transfer title and was told they don't transfer titles from leasing companies. Did it online at the DMV relatively painlessly. AAA tried to sell me a home security system, but didn't push it. Staff was very friendly.

On the triple A website the hours say open until 6pm. I showed up at 5:31 and was told dmv services end at 5:30. Woman looks at my paperwork for some reason giving me false hope and tells me to just come in tomorrow. Had a small toddler with me so it was a hassle to try and come in today. I guess customer service is truly dead.

I was greeted before I got through the door, and I informed the cheerful lady that I was there to make a payment. I was directed to a waiting area and told I had 2 people ahead of me, and my name would be called after them. It was only a 10 minute wait until it was my turn to be helped. A very, very nice lady named Doreen helped me. 😀 I was on my way within 15 minutes. A very pleasant and painless experience!

I went there twice the same day and I was treated badly by two Latin men who seemed racists against their own culture. The first one gave me wrong information on purpose and the other one could not find my name on the policy. Therefore, I went to another AAA and the agent told me that the previous agents were supposed to help me sign the form on site. Another thing, the women there are "Stone-Faced". I will never go back to that place! By the way! I was wearing a Jewish kippah on my head. Shalom!

Would have given 0 stars, because I did not appreciate the service provided by Lee Cha today. My husband and I have been with AAA for 10 years and have never had any issues. Premiums for the new year went thru the roof when compared to previous years. We made a call to the office today simply to inquire about the huge increase. Aside from being rude and condescending, Lee couldn't give any reasonable explanations as to why premiums went up drastically.
