I arrived at 9:15am to register my car. I was informed if you are not a member you have to wait while they service members first there was only 1 other person here. Here it is 12:15 pm and I am watching members come in and be serviced right away. I had actually thought about inquiring about Auto and Home insurance bundles but after the poor customer service I am receiving for not being a member I am no longer interested. If it were not for the temporary license plate that was issued by the dealer last month when I purchased my vehicle expiring I would have walked out. I usually use the kiosk at this branch to renew my registration the customer service had been good at the kiosk.

I had a bad experience at AAA green valley. I went there for renew registration. First, I thought I just need to get in line at the kiosk, then the lady at reception called me and said “you need to sign in and wait for your turn” I’m ok with that because that’s the right thing to do. They have had only 1 kiosk and of course I had to wait for 25 minutes. When It was my turn, I got to the option “make payment” I realized I left my credit card in the car which is in front of the AAA office. It’s only take me less than 30 seconds to run there get it. But the lady who her table is next to the machine told me “ you need to get in queue again “ it would not upset me if she talked nice. Anyway, it took me 50 minutes just for renew registration. This is the first and last I would come here to renew registration. I always renew my registration online. It’s very simple, easy and save so much time. I went there today because my boyfriend recommend me to try it. But I’m sorry I’d rather go to DMV than go
To AAA green valley.

Simply stated I sat waiting for help for over 20 minutes for notary, yes I checked in first thing, and no one ever came back to talk to me. In the meantime about 12 people came in and all were handled. Waiting wasn't the issue it was not being informed why it was taking so long. Was the notary busy, were they at lunch or break, 5 minutes 30 minutes ? Something. Walked over to UPS store and got it done in 5 minutes. Not a big deal but it was not cool to leave me hanging without any word. Love AAA for their emergency road service and travel services.
