Absolutely the worst insurance agent out there with the worst customer service. Reached out to get a quote for a rental property and i was told i would get a quote in few minutes. 2 days later, i followed up but no response. Again followed up a few days later then got a response with a quote that you can just find online in a minute for a non agent based company. The quote was so high which was almost 3 times my existing premium and they claimed it was an excellent deal. There was no due diligence done in getting multiple quotes or comparison to get the best deal for the customer.

I had to unexpectedly cancel my insurance under Mercury after they negligently handled my case, leaving me very little time to find new insurance. As I own a KIA, the current climate of ongoing thefts have made it extremely difficult to find reasonable insurance quotes. After trying 3 online tools that all told me I'd either have to call a representative or am just straight up screwed because I own a KIA, my wife contacted Gill Financial & Insurance services. Within an hour or so I had received an email asking for various details about my vehicle and person, and after responding I received a quote within that same day. The quote looked great ($91 instead of $145/mo. and same coverage as before, screw you Mercury) but they advised that my new insurance company had a 10 day hold; I had exactly 10 days for my insurance to lapse. I pounced and asked them if they would be able to complete the registration for me as they seemed to have all the information. This was an hour before they closed shop, and STILL replied to me setting up payment. I didn't want to accidentally force anyone to work overtime so my wife called the next day to set up payment. Now I have better insurance for cheaper, my KIA is still insured, I didn't have to call an insurance company and go through the hassle of shopping for a reasonable quote, and they were able to keep most of my coverage from my previous insurance while also saving me $50/month. Absolutely unreal. Oh, and phenomenally friendly and passionate; who knew you could be passionate about insurance. 10/10 will be coming here again.

Fantastic service! Ken Gill found us a great insurance package and price for a difficult ZIP code (due to fire zone issues). Also saved us plenty of money vs. Farmers and was much more responsive. It’s refreshing that at a time when businesses need to step up to make it through, this one went the extra mile. Give them a call !!
