Bryant us a helpful rep. Kind and professional. The service I am receiving from their associates Blu Fire and National General.. not so much. It's confusing to know who to call and when because they're in another state/time zone and what not... I'm waiting on a refund for insurance paid after a total loss and that's never pleasant but it shouldn't have been this frustrating.. at least I hope it won't with future insurance.

It okay, I guess, I feel that they need to have a little more sympathetic what people do to the corona not just cut your insurance off because you might be a couple of days or a day or two late that's not cool it's the corona people losing their jobs out here
