Have been with FIG for over 18 years and was lucky to have Monica Borba for most of those. I thougth hope was lost when she retired but Catrina Jenson has been amazing and could not be happier with her service and efficency. Very lucky to have such great support from my credit union.

my elderly mother said there is one lady always rude to her. if you can’t handle customer
service or have patience with people, then you shouldn’t be working in this industry.

Stephanie is so helpful and knowledgeable, I love how quick she respond and being able to help me answer any questions that I may have, I really like the fact that she checks in to see if anything else is needed. I'd like to thank Monica Borba for always being there for me. She started opening accounts for me 10 years ago with FIFCU and has continually answered any questions I have had, found new accounts that were a better benefit for me to grow with and pulled me out of mistakes that have caused me to incur fees. Whenever I need something she is there to help me find a solution. Her teammate Pedro Gonzalez has been awesome as well. They have so many incredible account and rates compared to your traditional bank that I encourage anyone looking to give them a call to experience there service and array of financial products and accounts.
