Thank goodness its over!
If you are thinking of doing business with this band PLEASE think again! I had a home mortgage with them for about 15 yrs and the banking service is equal to a hostage situation. Please make sure to read the fine the print because if you fall in hard times with your mortgage they will FREEZE your entire account until you resolve your account. It does not matter if you're medication dependent or need to feed your children.
The harassment from these reps was next level rude, stressful and disrespectful!! This was the worst business relationship we ever experienced!!

Very unfortunate that their online business hours do not match their hours they claim at the location. Been turned away a few times despite saying they close at 5pm.

What is going on with the online app? An update happened this past weekend and not nice was I notified that it was happening. I found out the hard way and was stuck without access to my online banking all weekend. It is not Wednesday and I can’t log into the app now. I’ve been trying to call the 323 number and it’ve been getting the busy time since Monday. Horrible update and horrible experience. The least you could have done is let us know the app would be down for a week practically. Terrible customer experience!

Today my mother and me went to the El Monte office to have our CD,s and her Ira taken care of and we had a wonderful experience. Crystal Figueroa took care of all our needs she was kind and sweet and very professional we couldn't be happier. We have been coming there since70,s will be coming the rest of our lives.crystal is an asset to your company so don't ever let her go people like her is what keeps us coming back . Ps. Nothing but great customer service and staff going out of their way to assist me. I had to auto loans with them and now an RV financed. They went to CEO based on common sense underwriting to approve based on loyalty and relationship of paying on time etc. which most banks do not do. They even match other lenders on rate. Great bank. Highly recommend them. I can’t comment on checking etc. I am only speaking on auto loans. But they have all been great.
