I just wanna say that the service I received here was amazing. Sheila and Karen did a fantastic job at not only navigating my needs but also putting the call center workers in their place. You can tell these women deeply care for the members of this organization. They care about the peoples experience and do everything they can to improve it every time. I can say I have never been more happy to be a part of a bank or credit union than I am with Frontwave!

Stopped by this bank and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gina. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Her customer service skills are top-notch, and she made the whole banking experience a breeze. Highly recommend this, especially if you get the chance to work with Gina!

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. They made no effort to find my account and couldn't even take the time to spell my last name correctly. I felt rushed out the door, and the staff was incredibly rude. The assistant manager's behavior was unacceptable and should be addressed.

Unfortunately I fell into the clutches of these vultures, they made me lose a lot of money. Check your contract carefully, but in my opinion the best thing you can do is not sign any type of loan with them. I know that the business of these companies is to take advantage of our needs, but they crossed the line.

Exceptional personal service, and they do disinfect high touch areas after each member. The location is extremely covenant because the Credit Union is located just off of the I-15 & Clinton Keith Road.
