My wife and I have both been coming to Ram for 3 years now to do our taxes. Every time we walk into the door each year, he greets us so warmly and kindly, with a smile and a handshake. I've never felt more comfortable giving my personal tax information to a stranger before in my life. He feels more like family than a stranger now. We are looking forward to giving him our buisness every single year until we retire. I cannot recommend Ram enough, as he is incredibly professional and in general, a good man.

This guy is a racist and very rude to customers. I would never-ever use this place for taxes! He talks down to people! I was talked down to like a dog! Very rude! I will report this place to IRS!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Tax Smart accountant (Rum). Their mishandling of my taxes and lack of communication reflect a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for their clients. Despite waiting patiently for a month for any updates on my tax return, I received no proactive communication from their end. When I finally reached out, I was met with indifference and excuses about their workload. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. I strongly caution anyone against trusting their financial matters to Tax Accountant (Rum), as their unprofessionalism and negligence are simply unacceptable. For example, he mixed up my first name and my last name on my tax documentation and I literally provided him with my W2 form that had my information on!!!!
