Billie is the best. She helped me fix my self tax work after I got us in trouble because I didn't understand how complex our taxes were and has been doing our taxes and helping since. I won't go anywhere else.

Horrible service, Horrible communication. I owed money on taxes, billie filed an "extension" and reassured multiple times it would be taken care of. Many months later billie finally decided to do my taxes, miscalculated what I owed, and still charged me. I got a letter from the irs stating I owed late fees because billie didn't file in time, knowing i owed and that an extension wouldnt do anything. Stay away from this place! She's too consumed with other things to properly care for her customers. If she did this to a 30 year customer she will do it to you. Stay away!

Billie is excellent, not only on a professional level, but personal as well. She will go the extra mile to make sure that all your tax questions are answered correctly and have all your affairs in order. Plus I like the family vibe in her office. I’m always treated with the upmost respect and plus she gives away a big TV every year! This year will be my fourth year and to be honest I will never go anywhere else. Anyone who reads my review should do the same.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I dropped my taxes off in April and they were not filed until August. She stated she filed an extension, but I received a bill in the mail for $565 in interest since I did not pay taxes owed until August. According to the IRS, she was responsible for telling me an estimated balance I owed when she filed the extension, which she did not do. So now I’m out $565 due to her taking 4 months to complete my simple taxes on top of the $309 she charged for doing my taxes. 0/10 do not recommend 😑😑😑

Id give this place 0 stars if it allowed. Sat in the office in March and she had my taxes practically all done- she needed to do my fiance's and asked us to leave them and they'd get done and us called. Its now April 18th (TAX DAY) and she has mentioned extensions and being open until Midnite tonite- Great but Lorain City Tax department is open until 7pm (to which I'll now be waiting in a long line due to it being last day or I take a Interest/penalty fee for not filing). And based on last review they got hit with Fees for the same "EXTENSION" she has been mentioning now, just at a complete loss how simple taxes have taken nearly 4 weeks now..

Please learn from our lesson- take it elsewhere or do it yourself. I'll update if we get it done by 4pm (which is now the time we were told they would be ready for pickup). Id hope they'd be discounting their fees for this lack of service.

Just an update- back here at 430pm- STILL NOT DONE OR WORKED ON. PHYSICALLY had to sit in the office so they would get them done and its almost 630pm now and still not done. AVOID this Place
