Through the sale of our parents' home Bill was with us every step of the way. Bill was knowledgeable and professional in the sale of our parents' home. He was always available to answer questions or would call back within 5 minutes if not. He had our best interest in mind and kept us informed every step of the way. Bill was well versed in dealing with other real estate agents when there were issues with them when showing the house. The closing process was easy, and notary even came to the house to process the paperwork.

Sold our house the first week it was listed with only one open house! Bill is a great guy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the marketing of real estate. After an offer was made, he kept us informed every step of the way. Was always willing to help us if we needed assistance on any of the procedures. If he didn't answer our phone calls immediately, he would phone back very soon. He was a great help in the negotiation with the buyer even when it reduced his profits. We would highly recommend Bill and his agency to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Excellent and Efficient Service. Amanda was a great realtor for me and selling my house in Lorain. I was on the brink of not being able to purchase my dream home because my home in Lorain would not sell for over 6 months. I switched to Amanda and within two days I had an offer that I ended up closing with. Amanda was exceptionally professional and effective in her marketing of my home and was very prompt in her responses to my questions despite her busy schedule. Reliable and trustworthy . Tom and Patty were so easy to work with. They walked through the house, took photos, put it up for sale and it was sold! The entire process took maybe ten days. They were in communication with us when needed, kept us informed on everything we needed to know. Thanks for making this process easy.

Great man for the job . Don was kind considerate and compassionate when I was selling my deceased mother's house. He was also very thorough in explaining the process in providing me a timeline of when things are going to be happening and we actually closed early. I'll be sure to use them again with my next purchase or sale.

Billy Swanzer is an excellent example of what a great realtor’s should be! He is not only knowledgeable in his field but he truly went above & beyond his duties of a realtor. Don recently sold my home. He met with me and had the property posted within 1 day. In addition, he was able to estimate the sale proceeds for me in advance, based on selling price. My home sold within days of listing, and at the asking price. Don was very helpful in arranging for a few minor repairs to be completed, and checking on the house when I was out of town. He also helped when I had an issue with the buyer's real estate agent. Don communicated well and kept me up to date on all aspects of the sales process. It was very convenient to be able to review and sign documents on line with him. I would recommend Don to anyone looking to sell their home.
