Great customer service I must say, from phone calls to in person contact with representatives of the credit union.

I truly appreciate how well they treat me and how well they listen and try to help with concerns or issues. They are respectful, polite and humble.

CommStar has always been helpful. Every time I call in for assistance Tiana is quick to help and makes it so easy to do my banking and understanding things on my account. Sam has been a great help in showing kindness and assisting with my questions and transactions. Having moved out of lorain county has made it somewhat difficult but the suggestions Tiana and Sam have provided has helped me stay with a credit union I love.
