everyone in the Lorraine office goes out of their way to be friendly greetings. They don’t all know my name when I walk in the Sierra always greet with first name. She’s really great and the new manager has got it under control.

Love the bank but they need to get their atm updated badly

Update: me and my wife loved this Bank until the new system, Now it is horrible, and our finances are thrown into chaos because we never know when stuff is actually going to clear and it throws us off completely so we are going to be closing our account and going back to our old bank at least with them we never had an issue of knowing when stuff is going to credit to our account..

No one ever answers the phone. You get voice mail then no one calls you back. Just went in the branch and the lady said we are busy. Really Wow so you’re busy and don’t return calls or even care to. She was very rude!!!!!

Thank you for having the best workers in Lorain I am 70 and have been to a lot of Banks and Credit Union in the City of Lorain but there is no better place to go for Help I would like to Thank You and the Best work force in Lorain they are so Nice to You

Ive been a member for a little over a year. This is seriously the worst credit union/bank i have ever had an account with. Some of the staff is nice but really most of them just seem like you are bothering them by asking them to do thier job. Not to mention the crazy hidden fees no one explains to you when you open the account.
