I’ve always had a great experience with LorMet Community Federal Credit Union. They’ve been so helpful over the years, and working with them has always been easy. Most recently, I worked with Gil Navarro while paying off the loan on my old car so I could sell it and get the title. I was in a bit of a rush since I had a buyer lined up, and Gil went out of his way to make the process smooth and quick.

He even gave me some really helpful tips on what to do (and what to avoid) when selling the car, just to make sure everything went smoothly and I was protected. I can’t thank him enough for the extra effort he put in—it made what could’ve been a stressful situation so much easier.

I’m so glad I’ve been banking with LorMet all these years. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great credit union!

I wanted to share the experience I had opening up a savings/checking account with the representative name Irene Ortiz. She was so informative, tentative, kind understanding and I felt such a warmth presence being with her. I was a little skeptical about Changing Thanks and opening a new account, but she made it so easy for me and that made my day.
