We worked with Cincy Flat Fee to sell our house, and we are so glad we chose them instead of a traditional realtor!! They essentially do everything a traditional realtor does but at a fraction of the cost. We worked with Jen, and she was so knowledgable and responsive. She had great advice and made the process so easy for us. She sold our house in less than 36 hours at a great price and with minimal effort on our part. It was so much more pleasant to work with her than the large Cincinnati realtor company that we have used in the past. Jenn and Dan also happen to live on our new street, and they are very kind, quality individuals. You won't regret working with them and supporting their business!

We had a wonderful experience using Cincy Flat Fee! Jen and Dan are great to work with and are very knowledgeable and responsive. We both bought and sold a house with Cincy Flat Fee. The buyers purchasing our house were representing themselves which made things a bit more complicated but Jen navigated the whole process with ease. We sold a house in Ohio and bought in Kentucky. We sold two houses this year, one with a traditional realtor and one with Cincy Flat Fee, and the Cincy Flat Fee experience was better in every way, at far far less cost. The photographer CFF used did a great job, and Jen and I worked together to craft the listing wording and determine the listing price. In the current hot market, the house sold in two days for over asking price. Communication was always prompt, and after accepting an offer, Jen helped keep us on track for a timely closing. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cincy Flat Fee again.
