This is the second time trying to order fried chicken from the Kingstree, SC location. Last time was told they had stopped serving fried chicken this late. It was 5:00 pm and the menu board said they served till 9:00 pm. Today I came at 1:00 pm. Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Was told they would have to cook the fried chicken. I guess it was the manager and she was running around trying to keep the drive though going and the front counter. Said she had to go wash hands so she could cook the chicken. As she had to stop the front counter orders there were people backed up till she came back to the front counter.

$9 for a chicken sandwich with one teaspoon of mayonnaise, 3 slices of pickles with a 2x4 inch size chicken patty sitting on the bottom half of a bun, the top half which was 1-2 inches thick was sitting on top of the patty, dry, just bread. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, $9!!!! WHY, JUST WHY? I WANT a sandwich made just like the picture! $9!?!? IF YOU CAN'T do that, then change your pictures!

I stopped in Franklinton. NC today to order breakfast for three. The Manager at this store was unbelievable! His name is Chris. He had the kitchen hopping. If they got a little slow, he would ask. "What's the slow down?" He was so conscientious, he had his eyes on every single facet of his shop. He was taking the orders for the customers that came in, in addition to staying on top of what was happening in the kitchen! I have never experienced such management in any fast food establishment like this! He was also polite, respectful, and carried a smile the whole time!! Don't forget his name, CHRIS!!! THIS YOUNG MAN DESERVES THE RECOGNITION HE DESERVES!!! There is no one better!

Lightfoot, Va location terrible service. Slow. Drive through they make each car sit and wait about 10 minutes each before they take the order. Never enough help. Sodas usually flat. Biscuits hard, egg dried out from sitting. Hash rounds cold. I don’t understand how this place survives.

Two weeks ago I sent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. an email asking about the precedence of the drive-thru over walk-ins. I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE. Today, my family visited the Altavista, VA Hardee’s and once again the drive-thru was backed up to Main Street. The last vehicle in line when l arrived pulled out after I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes the attendant was ready to take my order. Another 20 minutes later we got our food order. Management is in serious need of training from the bottom up.
I’m quite sure l will get zero response from this writing also…… Absolutely pitiful!!

On August 8th, 2024 I ordered food and paid online from the Hardee's in Red Springs, NC. When getting there to pick up my food. It wasn't ready. The manager told me that they couldn't do fried foods. And most of my order was was involving chicken and fried foods. I paid $22.10, order # is 28778482252562432. I asked for a refund and the manager told me that I had to do it online because I ordered online. When checking the app for a refund, there was nothing on the app about a refund. So now I didn't get any food and I won't get my money back. Its a disgrace that Hardee's will take your money, not fulfill your order and makes it impossible to get a refund. And because THEY didn't fulfill their part, they are now thieves.

Hardee's 1502744. Went in today and should have known it would be bad when they had 1 person handling the front counter and the drive through. After ordering 2 sandwiches, we waited for 11 minutes before asking the young lady how much longer. She then yelled back to the crew in the back who finally started preparing my food. Can't say I'd recommend this location to anyone.

The new already seasoned fries are absolutely horrible. They're entirely to salty for people with high blood pressure, and the onion rings are now gone so it's not much of a choice left. Only Cold Slaw. Please bring the original fries back for all customers health
