I was at this location tonight, asked for Taeniya B because I had worked with her previously on a problem with my mom’s phone. She was there to help with my husband getting a new phone, this girl is amazing, between her knowledge of the plans and products to her outstanding customer service!! We also found out she stayed a hour after her shift ended to complete the transaction with us!! The rest of the staff was great also!!

Last week, I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin, the store manager. My family uses this store location exclusively for all our T-Mobile needs as the staff is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. They are a really great group and we have had no issues working with any of them. I went in to add a phone line to our existing plan, and Kevin made the process seamless. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this T-Mobile store location.

She is very helpful, patient, and very friendly and also very professional. And also the store manager was very helpful and nice.

This store in particular did a fantastic job to resolve issues we faced moving over from Verizon to T-Mobile. The manager and staff are knowledgable, friendly, and can effectively deal with complex T-M bureaucracy. In fact, I strongly suggest that you work ONLY with a corporate store such as this one. Everyone else - whether at nearby "sales" stores or over the phone - gave incorrect information and/or screwed up the order. This Fairfield store saved the day.

Been standing here 10 minutes not 1 of the 3 people here working said anything! Yea they are assisting customers , yes they looked at me when I walked in but NONE of them said “we will be a few minutes” “ hello” NOTHING. I’ll never use this store again I DONT CARE how far the other locations are. 😠

I have always and truly had numerous experiences of the utmost customer care at T-Mobile on Black Rock Tpk in Fairfield. I have never been pressured to buy anything I didn't need or wanted. Getting a new phone is a costly purchase as well as time consuming but all the Mobile Experts took their time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I asked regardless if it was trivial.

This past month, Kori Humphrey took close to an hour switching my fiance to my account with his phone number from a competitor's contact. Also, my fiance is legally blind and Kori took time to set up his phone so he could read texts, see the phone's screen, and helped set up accounts on his phone so he could hear texts. She did not back down from the former mobile phone company when they were giving her the run a round about him keeping his phone number. They were not going to let him close the account and release his number to T-MOBILE. All the personnel at T-Mobile on Black Rock Tpk are kind, hospitable, and personnel.

Kori, it meant so much to us the time you gave to us two weeks ago. See you when it's time for me to upgrade to a new phone. Thank you to the manager and head Mobil Expert for supporting us as well.
