My husband and I had Teresa as our Real Estate agent and she is awesome! She works in Clarksville and came up to NWA Arkansas multiple times to show us houses. She was very knowledgeable and wasn’t just looking for a sale, she really helped us find the perfect house. She let us know what the market was doing, what we should expect and made the entire process smooth for us as we are first time buyers. She even helped us AFTER the sale with a security system issue we had with the seller. Like I said, she really showed she cared for us and actively helped us get a great house at a reasonable price (market sucks right now) and helped negotiate other things like refrigerator and washer/dryer. I 100% recommend her as a realtor!!

I honestly would not trust her with my real estate needs. She bought a house in my neighborhood and is now trying to rent it when the bylaws clearly state you cannot. When she called me to discuss she was incredibly rude and laughed about breaking the bylaws. Not sure what her motive was in calling me. She showed poor character/integrity and she is the last person I would want to represent me in a real estate transaction. If she cannot manage her own real estate needs, she cannot manage yours.
