I needed to update my driver’s license and these ladies were helpful, very polite and totally professional. Initially, I thought I would haven to go elsewhere and take care of another item before I could get the updated card. They went out of their way to take care of what I needed and the total visit was about 30 minutes, tops.
DMV examiners do thankless work. I commend you and I am grateful for all you do.

terrible place. being understaffed and backed up is an acceptable excuse what's not acceptable is the attitude they have towards people and the sarcastic responses given for asked questions. accused people of not having common sense then they make common mistakes and take up every ones time thinking they are better human beings than the rest of the world.
specifically the two older lady's.

I went today to try for my license and met a horrible and rude lady who had an attitude all throughout and seemed like she did not want to be there. Would recommend a different dmv location.

I don't know how you give this place a 4 or 5 star rating, I just left there, thought I'd give them another try because they just reopened and thought it might be better 🤣😅🤣boy was i wrong, it's PITIFUL !! I'll just keep going to Richmond County, I'd rather take that little drive and go in to a whole lot nicer place with people that's got a smile on their face .

This is some hole in the wall in Laurinburg. It has always been a cringey experience every time I visit, I stopped going all together, I don’t mind a longer drive elsewhere.

My experience with this dmv was excellent and highly professional. Unlike the previous management the personnel was very unprofessional and hateful. I have read a couple of reviews of the present management and was very disappointed. It appears that racism is prevalent in the comments given (not all mind you) but it is very apparent that if an African American is in charge there’s always some racist comments made. I truly pray for those that can’t except black people in this country unless they’re slaves.
