I don't even know where to begin really? I had a dentist in Raeford but was terminated due to a policy that I wasn't even aware of and even asked for forgiveness and another chance, but was still denied treatment and referred to a Day/Night clinic. Not even sure what that is exactly or where one is even located? I've been searching high and low for months now with no luck. Either extremely long waiting lists or my insurance isn't accepted.
Then during a meeting with my Peer Counselor, I asked her if she just so happened to know of a place and she immediately recommended Village Family Dental. I called and the secretary I spoke with was beyond kind and extremely helpful! She took my insurance information and scheduled my first appointment which was on April 8th. The hygienist Ashley was so great! Seriously, she made my first experience with Village Family Dental one that I'll never forget. She was kind, funny, and compassionate to the patient's needs and questions! She explained things and procedures to me that I wasn't even aware of that existed. Then the dentist Haley came in to talk about the procedures I needed to get my dental treatment back on track and it's a lot, needless to say. Haley was very knowledgeable, explained things to where I could fully understand what's going on and what caused certain issues, not to mention, she was also very kind, caring, and compassionate as well!
I realize this is a rather lengthy review, but I want others to understand what I went through personally and how I was led to find such a wonderful and amazing Dental Office with such a fantastic staff with outstanding personalities! Just goes to show, all things happen for a reason.
I ended being terminated from a dental office that was an hour away from my location to a local dental office that is only minutes away, with such an amazing and professional staff!
So that's my review and story and I hope this helps others with making their choice for quality dental care!

Disappointed. My mom’s appointment was cancelled without notice. She spoke with admin staff directly on the phone days before, confirming. This post likely won’t change your practice but cancelling her appointment without notice is ridiculous. Total disregard and made no attempt to correct your mistake by fitting her in. Thumbs down!
