I have had a savings account with Warsaw Federal for many years and have always found the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, t hey have been very helpful in reviewing product options and I have taken advantage of their very competitive interest rates and services. I only make in person deposits once or twice a month, but all of the employees greet me with a friendly smile and a good morning. All of the tellers are friendly and professional. They are all eager to help, but I tend to go to Maria's window as we have gotten to know each other over the years and we need a moment to catch up . So glad to have this bank in my neighborhood!

Regarding their mortgage department: Paul Hellman was impatient and rude when asked questions about their physician's mortgage loan requirements. I asked to continue the application process with his boss Shawn Huss who declined to help. This prejudiced behavior cost their company not only a great deal, but a potential repeat lifetime customer. Warsaw Federal should consider replacing both of these individuals with true professionals. I would recommend Huntington and Bank of America as better alternatives to any other physicians looking to be treated with common decency and respect. Don't waste your time with this bank.

My husband and I recently worked with Tom McHugh for our first mortgage. Tom and his team did an amazing job. We were able to close on our home within 30 days as planned in the contract despite jumping through a few hoops on our end. We had multiple quotes from different lenders, and Tom was able to provide us with a reasonable interest rate for our mortgage. He was very responsive and available whenever you need to contact him. We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone!

My family and I have been baking with Warsaw for years. We have a checking and savings and and on my second home mortgage with them. We recently were a victim of fraud on our debit card for over $200.00. When I contacted them they told me there was nothing they could do for me which I don't understand because all of that money is protected. They didn't even bother to shut our cards off once notified. Needless to say I've closed all of our accounts with them and gone to a bigger, more caring bank. Think about this before opening accounts with small neighborhood banks.
