I don't know where to begin. Ashley was the perfect agent. As I live 35 miles away, she graciously checked on this house numerous times for us. She had a great estimate that followed the family's instructions and she was well informed and always willing to get right on any task. Even when we experienced a glitch in the deal she was right on top of it to keep both parties in the know. Even when I know she had an illness in her family, she did a great job of negotiating through it and her commitment to work. I thank you Ashley from the bottom of my heart.
