Talk about perseverance… My Father’s Estate HELOC short-sale was a nightmare with HUD being totally unresponsive and utterly inept with document processing but Deb called every week for nearly 5 months and shook every limb to finally get HUD to accept the offer and close the sale. I don’t think I’ve ever had anybody work so hard for me on anything before. I’ll be selling my house in NorCal soon and would use her to list my house in a heartbeat if she worked here out west.

We were looking for a house in the Warsaw area and saw that the houses in our price range were selling quickly. When we saw a house of interest we called the Deb Paton Showley Group and we were put in touch with Katy Dilley an agent there. She arranged for a viewing on the same day. We put in an offer and she worked late to get it to the sellers that same evening. Her diligent work led to us getting the house. There are three parts to working with a real estate agent and company, working diligently to find a house, making closing effortless, and after closing support.
