Erika has been doing the books and taxes for our small family business for two years, and our experience with her has always been exceptional. Whether we meet in person or talk on the phone, she is attentive and personable. She's also very careful to explain everything she is doing, and even walk us through processes (like balancing Quickbooks) so that we can do things ourselves. She's very good at her job, keeps up to date with changes in law and technology, and if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she'll do her research and find out right away (unlike other accountants we've worked with). She's a great, honest, and trustworthy accountant.

I really don't know where to begin. Erika has been working with our company in Quickbooks, for about a year, and is such a life saver for our company's books. She started out helping me with QB Desktop and then more recently with QB Online a month ago. So glad we changed from desktop to online, per her suggestion. She never pushes us into changing our way of bookkeeping; however, she will suggest or recommend a better way and we like that work style. We have found, from her recommendation, that QB Online is definitely a more secure software in protecting our company and we'll be more productive when traveling. We greatly appreciate her expertise and knowledge in helping me learn more in working on our books to keep them straight. Her expertise and patience is priceless - she has come through for us with flying colors. She has not only cleaned up the books and organized the chart of accounts, she has also been a great teacher in helping me be more proficient.
