I am a long-time customer with Pegram and Prevatte insutance! I think about 20+ years. And almost every time I have questions, concerns about my insurances I know Darlene knows or will know how to answer it. That is a great feeling especially in today's world. Several days ago I was having serious concerns about my actual insurance company. So all I had to do was ask Darlene and within a day or so. This insurance is way too expensive I have been with this company for years and they are still expensive...I have been paying for a vehicle that is no longer on my possession since May because no one thought to inform me that the Depart of Motor Vehicles had to be notified the vehicle was stolen and the agency doesn't communicate with the claims department I was told by Terri H that they are only agents and that is why they don't communicate and she was not very knowledgeable with the questions that I was asking...I am very unsatisfied with my agency and the company...I miss the agents that used to work there when they were located at Cumpark Plaza at least they used to let me know about the different benefits my insurance offered. I am definitely changing to a different insurance

The Pegram Prevatte insurance agency have been my agents for approximately 10 years. The staff are always very helpful.
