We had an amazing experience working with Kohl and Di Lusso Real Estate. Kohl was professional, fair, and knowledgeable from the start. He knew that we were under a time crunch to sell and assured us he was the guy for the job. Throughout the selling process, he communicated effectively, promoted our listing to the best of his ability, and got people through our house. We had the pleasure of having Kohl help us find our home. After 3 different tries over a period of 18 months we finally found a home in our budget that we loved. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Kayla and Di Lusso real estate! I know we weren't the easiest clients to work with and we brought her to some not so normal showings but it was fun! Kayla is an awesome realtor to work with and she understood the needs that my family and I were looking for and we can't recommend her enough! We are so excited to move into our new home 🙂

We did not receive the support we expected throughout the process of buying our home. We consistently had to reach out to receive updates. There was a good deal of miscommunication about earnest money throughout the process. We used the inspector recommended by Kohl who overlooked a serious electrical issue. Following closing, I reached out to Kohl to see what could be done as it was a known defect that was not disclosed. He said he would update us with what could be done. I had to reach out for any updates. The last I heard from him he said he would be in touch after he heard back from the seller. That was over a month ago. I am now paying thousands out of pocket for something that should have been caught during the inspection. Would not recommend.
