We were with another broker for a year. If we wanted to see a house, she showed us the house. If we wanted to put in an offer, she put in the offer. It wasn’t until we switched to Kurt, we realized the previous broker was just going through the motions. Kurt was an advocate for us, he worked for us. Within 45 days we were in contract on our dream house. We were in contract on selling the existing house before it was even active on MLS. This happened only because of Kurt’s old fashioned style-pick up the phone and have a conversation about what it will take to close the deal. And Kurt didn’t pass us off to someone else in the office-he handled the details himself. It’s been a pleasure working with Kurt and I would and have recommended him!

Kurt was recommended to us by a family friend and he exceeded the already glowing things they had to say about him. He made the buying process for us as easy as can be, even though we were multiple states away for most of the process.
