Incredibly Helpful. I was living on the other coast when I decided to buy my first house and I did it without even seeing it in person first. The only reason I was comfortable doing this was because Erica was both extremely helpful and truthful. When it came to the house, she told it how it was. It was clear she cared more about my interests than her own commission. As for the actual process of buying the house, I had very little knowledge of the subject. Erica coached me through the whole thing and taught me a lot along the way. If I need a realtor again I would use Erica again without hesitation.
