Really doesn't deserve this one star. This place is the WORST rental company I've ever dealt with. It's been a month since I sent my info to them, and I still have yet to be allowed to look at a property to see if I'm even interested in the first place. They are all older and don't seem to be capable of running a rental company. They keep claiming that they need "more information" or that "they are having trouble verifying income". You can't send anything electronically, because they don't know how to do any of that. They only accept fax or in person applications. They also aren't open on past 3pm on any of the days I don't work late. They have never bothered to call me even once, I sent info and called them multiple times thinking my application was processed only to find out they weren't even doing anything with it. They couldn't pick up a phone and call to let me know this though. The last time I called the old lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I'm OVER it. The house I was looking at just supposedly got rented to someone else during this month long process just to look at a property anyway. I see why they have so many vacant properties, since they won't let anybody look at them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Horrible experience. The old lady at the front counter is a totally lazy, worthless and rude woman to be nice about it. She stole my personal information from my application and bank account and refused to return it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT A WEEKLY MOTEL THAN RENTING FROM THESE RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

These are the worst people I have ever spoken with the lady that I spoke to told me that we couldn't rent before we even got any information to them and then hung up on me and when I called back the woman told me she wad a totally different person .. she's is the rudest liar I've ever heard. Don't deal with these people they only care about themselves.

Robco rentals are absolutely horrible they are con artists they charged someone I know almost 100 dollars because they were trying to call them about a problem with the toilet and bath tube water backing up and overflowing and by the time they came out it had fixed itself and didnt even do nothing absolutely horrible to rent from they dont fix problems and they are very rude.

My girlfriend was calling for information trying to get her mother moved in and the woman on the phone was very rude and just hung up the phone while my girlfriend was still asking some questions. Very unprofessional.
