Our home was flooded from Hurricane Helene. We were trying to find a house to rent. A friend told us about Kim. And we are so grateful to her. She worked so hard for us. Kim is an excellent real estate agent. I highly recommend giving her a call. We called about six months before we were ready to list the house. We asked her to come by and help us understand what repairs and adjustments we should make before listing. Once we were ready, she reviewed the upgrades we had made over the years and helped us to get a good price for our home of nearly 20 years, our first. The house was only on the market for one day. She was proactive about making sure we understood what we needed to do and what was upcoming in the process, and she was always available for questions. When a repair was needed after we'd already moved out, she had a repairman over there the same day for an affordable and meticulous fix. When we told her, early on, that our neighborhood is diverse and we (and our neighbors) were anxious about corporate buyers or intolerant people moving into the neighborhood, she listened. She even donated some items to a family we were involved with helping during our move. In my opinion, Kim cares -- and that matters, especially when you're in the middle of a big transition. I bought my first home with them, Kimberly was wonderful! She did not try to push me into buying a home I was not 100% sure about. She was very knowledgeable, took a lot of time to explain to me each step of the home buying process, and answered my 50 million questions (some where asked even after the sale of my home). Not only is she a great agent, she is also a handy-girl, I got a lot of good tips about renovation projects and costs of fixing up little repairs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.

I have known Kimberly for the better part of 15 years and have done business with her on 5 different occasions. We originally met on a deal where I was the listing agent and she was the buyers agent.
