While searching on YouTube for homes we came across Roger Holloway. Through his videos I felt an immediate connection, and I just had to reach out. After a quick phone call, he put us in touch with our agent Rodney Jones, and just last month Rodney helped us close on our new home. Before we found the dream new build home, Roger helped us with invaluable tips as we looked for a resale home.

After we decided on the new build, Roger was able to take multiple videos of the new home progress while in construction, which made a huge difference as we lived across the country. Roger’s YouTube videos, specifically his “Building From The Ground Up” series was an excellent way to see how a new build happens. It shows all the different phases and includes Roger sharing his wealth of experience, knowledge, and advice. We began our real estate search via the internet and I came across Roger's Youtube Channel. His videos were great; helping us learn about different areas and communitites within the Charlotte area. I reached out to him and he immediately contacted me and put me in touch with his team member Joe Topp. Joe was great to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and always kept an eye out for communitites we might be interested in. We started "looking" in 2021, although our timeline for moving was 2024. Even with that, Joe kept working with us, lined up community visits when we were in town, and was instrumental in the buying process. Since we were from out of town, Joe really helped to keep us informed of the progress of our new construction build. He sent us updates with pictures and videos and made us feel confident that things were progressing properly. I would highly recommend working with Roger and his team. Found Roger on YouTube and found his videos to be not only entertaining, but quite informative. Viewed many of his videos before coming to Charlotte to sign a contract on a new house. Roger Holloway is a fantastic buyer’s agent. Roger is warm, polite, and friendly. Within minutes of meeting Roger, he put us totally at ease and searching for a new home with him was like doing it with an old friend.
But Roger is more than a friend. He is experienced, and has a wealth of knowledge. Rog knows the Charlotte area like the back of his hand. It is evident on his YouTube channel. When you go to his channel, Roger has videos on just about every new subdivision in the Charlotte area. He drives through each subdivision and then walks through the model with camera in hand detailing price, highlights, and some things you might want to watch out for.
When my family settled on a home we loved, Roger Holloway sat down with us across from the buyer and politely fought for every benefit that we can get. As the home was being built, we were still living out of state, but Roger was here, boots on the ground, taking care of everything we needed, while also sending us exciting videos on our home.
