I've talked with most of the realtors here and they are all very lovely but Crystal was my realtor and she is the BEST! We had a very hard time finding a house that checked all our boxes and rather then rushing us into a house to get paid she waited and even encouraged us to be sure we loved the house before buying it. She had to have shown us dozens and never once got annoyed about us being so picky. She also has amazing connections and between everyone the only thing we had to do were sign the closing papers. I 100% recommend her to everyone!

First and foremost Crystal has been AMAZING! It started about three years ago when my best friend bought their house, I met her and we stayed in contact over the years. About a month ago, my wife and I started looking and she was the first person we thought of to go to. She was so excited to walk us through this journey from day one, and told us how everything would play out step by step. We closed on our home today, and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Crystal with Results Realty…YOU will NOT be disappointed.

When I tell you Crystal Lane was the absolute best , she was . We had been looking for around a year. She never put pressure on us to buy anything . She would work with our schedules even at night . Buying a house is scary . It’s the biggest financial transaction you ever make. Crystal took every call in a timely manner , showed me a house right after she came home from the hospital! . We were so blessed to find a hard working individual to help us answer some of the questions we had .thank you so very much for your hard work and caring attitude . Happy Homeowners 2023. Crystal is absolutely amazing! She was a friends mom and we kept in contact and when my husband and I were ready to sell our home and purchase our forever home we couldn't think of anyone better. Her office is in Stanley NC, but she would drive ALL THE WAY to Oakboro in Stanly County to show us homes. At the time we lived in Kannapolis and she drove out to that house multiple times to either take pictures for the listing or whatever she needed to do. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients. Once you work with Crystal, you aren't just a client, you are family. Very pleased with all the hard work she did for our family.

Very bad experience. So out of nowhere, I get a call from a woman that said she was was a realtor by the name of Crystal Lane with Results Realty. She said she saw a property I had for sale by owner. She asked if she could meet up and discuss, as she had some folks looking to buy. I mentioned I was showing the property to some folks from out of state the next day on Sunday around 12pm. She actually showed up at the property and introduced her self as Crystal Lane with Results Realty. I explained I had a potential buyer that I was getting ready to show the property. She told me that if it didn't sale, she would handle for 1-2 percent if she went UNDER THE TABLE. So after I showed the property to the potential buyer mom & friend, along with facetime to the interested party, I get a text about an hour later for the potential buyers saying they loved the house and wanted to go under contract. So I have them send an credit pre-approved letter. I was actually entertaining to allow this realtor that I just met to handle the offer to purchase (otp). So she tells me she will send it to MY BUYERS the next day if she hgot all the information together. She dragged and made excuses when I asked if it was sent. In fact she never did. In fact she simple underhandedly persuaded my buyers to buy a house she had listed with the company she works for Results Realty. Long story short, she used very unethical tactics to to sale my buyer a different home. Later when I asked her if she heard from my buyers, she acted like she didn't know who I was talking about. I called her, texted her and was ignored. She simply sold the home she had listed to my approved buyer. Very, very unethical.

Crystal Lane at Results Realty is hands down the best realtor around. She is invested in her clients and even brought her husband & twins to help my husband finish up cleaning my house when I had to be out of town for work. She is truly one of a kind. 🙂

If you only had the experience I had with Crystal at Results Realty you would stay FAR AWAY! This lady went so far as to hold hands with my family and pray! Only to turn around and literally prey on a single mom with 2kids trying to make a home owning dream come true. There were literally two documents needed to be provided for me to secure a home my children and I were so excited to have for our own: a survey of the land (she provided a plot map instead) and an Environmental Safety Report. I can only assume that the report could not be obtained because the home isn't safe! I asked everyone, what is your opinion of a 30inch oil pipeline running parallel to a gas pipeline? Do you think it is safe? I've never dealt with such issues, so I trusted Crystal would guide me and take care of my family as a realtor should. No. She did the exact opposite. Her and the home owner became extremely aggressive in communication to my lender. Telling them "to get their +++'+ on a plane and come here and show them what was needed!" I have never been so embarrassed in my life! This is professional? Needless to say, they didn't & couldn't provide what was needed for my lending, so, I didn't get lended. And now this realtor who has really been the "sellers" rep from the beginning, but signed a dual promising she could take care of us both equally and fairly is now solely representing the sellers and even with appropriate documents they are refusing any and all of my deposits to be returned. Even with the knowledge that I never agreed to whom would hold the Ernest account. This has been by far the worst, backhanded, unprofessional, nothing was done as it should have been, first time home buyers experience I could ever have imagined. Through the process of people around me seeing what I've gone through, she's already lost at least 3 other clients. Who would intentionally do this to themselves? Not me! Not ever again! When this company is named "Results" in my experience, that title is for her. She'll do whatever it takes to get that commission, whether it is for the best of your family or for the best of hers, then she'll say: "God will provide for me and my family."
I'm wondering at this moment: who is your God? Last time I checked, Godly people don't do what you've done.
I'd give negative 100 stars if it were possible. And to her broker? There are legal documents stating, at your agency, to provide a realtor for the buyer and the seller if your company is representing both. You did not.
Also, I find it very odd that during the "final walk through" I saw zero evidence of this family "moving." Not one single box.
