Chad was referred to us by a close friend when we started looking for our second home. We are so thankful for the referral, as Chad did a splendid job helping us with our search and purchase. A truly outstanding realtor. Chad was our realtor for a May 2024 purchase of a home in Belmont, NC. I am a veteran and was trying to assume the Veterans Administration (VA) loan of the veteran who owned the home. The hoops we had to jump through with the VA’s loan processor, Freedom Mortgage, were innumerable. Chad assisted us with the multiple communications we had with Freedom. We would have abandoned our attempt to assume the loan if we did not have Chad as our realtor.

Kathy did an outstanding job in her service, expertise of the area, knowledge of the market, etc. We placed a contract on the house after she took the time one evening to video show us the property. She made a special trip to the house the next day to show us the yard and outside condition of the house. She was instrumental in keeping the process rolling at times when communication with others involved in the process slowed down. We were very satisfied with Kathy.

Great experience with Chad from the Simpson Group. We were able to get into our dream home and close in 30 days.
