Extremely unprofessional. I received a message from Brenton telling me that a deal fell through with a 2br for $2,100 and was showing the place as soon as possible. I had availability to meet the same day and went to meet with Linda. My mother had gotten there first and said Linda was on the phone with Brenton as he said he made a mistake and laughed. We both rushed out of our jobs to get there and not hold anyone up after their hours to just waste our time. They told me they would contact me again but never did. Please reconsider working with these people, they’re inconsiderate and careless.

I can't speak for these other reviews lol but my experience with this office was amazing. Brenton was extremely helpful from start to finish. in my opinion he was honest and very knowledgeable. My fiancé and I don't have the best credit scores and he was still willing to take us on. We've tried numerous times to find a place on our own. He showed us numerous apartments that fit the needs of our family and even helped us find an apartment that took pets which was big for us as we didn't want to have to get rid of our family cat. i recommend this office. No customer service skills what so ever, knowing we are the ones who feed their families. When I see a good review on this company I wonder which family or friend did they pay to write it. I’ve spoken with a couple of people who feel the same as I do. Brenten is a crook and the owner of this company is no help. Even when you complain nothing gets resolved. It was quite disappointing to deal with this company and even afterwards I’m thankful I decided not to do business with them and took my money to their competitors who were more than helpful. I hope in the near future this company is shut down for all the fraud they are committing in that place. There needs to be an investigation brought upon them and I’m working on how to get that done so they better have their ducks in a row. Do I hear audit! I think so. They have no idea the connections I have in the mayors office

These people are dishonest, incompetent and don’t stand by anything they do! Try to avoid working with these people! I would never go to them for anything ever again. I wouldn't have even worked with them in the first place, if they weren't the only broker for the building we wanted to move into. Totally unprofessional and unsophisticated people. We signed a lease for an apartment, and agreed to pay an additional fee to get the keys 1 day early. The move in date we needed was stated in the paperwork that was signed. Come time to move in, they gave us the run around for 2 days, and kept saying we'd get the keys. When we had all of our possessions packed into a uhaul, then they tell multiple excuses as to why they can't get us our keys. None of those excuses sounded plausible or made any sense. What really was the deal is they somehow forgot we wanted the keys one day early and then tried to scramble to get them and failed miserably. They could have told us the night before or that morning that it was not going to work out, and we would NOT have gone through all of that trouble to pack up our stuff. We had moved out of our apartment and had NO WHERE to go. They didn't care! Oh well! We incurred hundreds of dollars of added costs as well as taking off another day of work to move in later. They admitted at the time they messed up and knew about our added costs. When we submitted our fair breakdown and receipts for the added costs, we didn't hear back from them again. I called and was basically told that they have no control over when the apartment is ready. Which is BS. The apartment had been vacant for months and they had plenty of notice. So that’s it, We're just out of luck. You do have control over whether you pick up the phone and tell us, though! Moving is a difficult and expensive time that you try to plan out correctly and they act like they don't know anything about how this works. These people seem very shady and unintelligent. We should have known when a tenant approached us on a walk through and said 'good luck!' They did so much wrong I can't even fit it here. Do not work with Nadine Watt and don't deal with a Fleetwood Realty. Zero stars for you. And clean up your nasty office that is covered in dog hair and smells terrible!

I worked with Renee and she was a doll. This was my first time finding an apartment on my own and she really has been there for me every step of the way. Always answers my phone calls and texts and has reached out to the management company for everything I've asked. Never sounded annoyed by my frequent calls and texts and has always been there when she said she would. I also worked with Linda who helped me finalized some paperwork and guided me through the process. I genuinely liked every person I worked with (Renee and Linda) and other people in the office were also very nice and helpful. I do see the 1 star reviews on here which inspired me to write my own on my experience. The things is I feel like everyone at Fleetwood Realty is a real person, they're not fake, so if you're not a nice person or your rude and entitled I'm gonna take a guess and say your treatment will be returned and I wouldn't expect anything less. Although that's just my assumption.

Please do not use Fleetwood Realty they are Frauds! On August 29, 2016 I entered into a purchase agreement through Fleetwood Realty for a coop apt. In Mt. Vernon, NY. Ms. Rosalie Rose appeared to work hand in hand with a board member, conspiring together to insuring that my application would be rejected by the Board without cause. I did not feel that the agency represented my interests with professionalism, or the curtesy or respect for privacy that should be afforded every client. Rosalie engagement with a board member foster a negative outcome, based on revelation of their private conversation. This is clearly an ethics violation. I did make a complaint to her aunt/owner of Fleetwood Linda Rose. Please people be careful know all the rules to real estate before doing business with an office. Even if you are renting . This office is know for scamming people on rental deals too. They lead people on with low credit scores give them false hope. Have them pay the application fees knowing fully well that they are not qualify . Them show the apt to a qualified person closed the deal and dismissed the person with low credit score. Just imagine you are walking into an office for help as a first time buyer or trying to rent an apartment and get scammed! DISHONEST, & DOWN RIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL!

These people are scammers. They trick you into paying an application fee although they are very well aware you do not qualify (quick easy money for them). Unethical, nonresponsive, and very unprofessional. But I should have known better, something in my gut was telling me it wasn't right. Run, run, run.
