My Landlord has no rental license so he contact them to do a lead inspection in my house. A lady and men arrived, knocked on my door and just opened my door without my permission and walked in. I made him aware that he has no permission to come in my house unless I open my door and tell him. Very rude.

Rented with them from 2012-2014 I can't say I had a good or bad experience, just annoyed by the way they conduct business when their was an issue & they couldn't speak English well at all so therefore they can barely understand/communicate unless it involved money. "SAD" I think people of their nationality are just like that naturally. Short, aggressive, rude and about their money. Maybe theirs a reason for that I don't know nor am I trying to justify. However I would rent from them in the future & recommend, not without letting others know about their poor communication skills. I met Rick recently and he seems like the coolest guy ever, but that's common beforbeforegtting to know someone personally. Best of luck to everyone.

They take your money and never call you back. Hey all LIE, don't trust and Forget Rick the agent and forget the manager. If there is one. They call my income ok, and they called my credit ok. After I prove to them I was on pace to make 100k but my 80k was okay. I wonder what the manager and ricks credit are! Ha! They are all frauds and can't speak English. Showed no respect for people, I'm call the fraud investigation team on them, don't go be aware !

Been waiting for months for them to fix my ceiling which has been leaking for about a year, but they will not come out, but they want their rent on time every month. It's terrible

These people purchased the property next door to me (3200 blk of Teesdale st) in October 2015. They have turned the property into a rental and have allowed the trashiest people to move in. My list of complaints is long... They leave trash all over the front and back of the property. They have a dog that has killed my tree and flowers by urinating on them. The dog defecates all over my neighbors as well as my lawn and they refuse to clean it up. The dog is constantly outside without a leash free to go wherever it wants, including my property. They are loud, smoke marijuana outside from a bong looking device in front of my young children and play annoying Spanish music too loud. They erected a illegal gazebo that is encroaching on my property and it is unstable. It has already blown over. It also blocks the sunlight from my garden, which I'm trying to keep alive after the dog has destroyed it. I have contacted L&I, Philly 311 and the property owner directly and nothing so far has been done. The renters have single handedly turned our neighborhood into the likes of North Philly. Why can't the property owners be held responsible? I WILL NOT stop complaining to every department that I can until they either clean up and shut up and show some common courtesy and respect to the HOME OWNERS on this block or move out!!
