Donna McKenna was amazing as a first time home buyer she walked me through the process and explained what was happening. Every document she went through with me line by line making sure I know what things meant helping me make informed decisions. I was buying long distance so her knowledge of the area was instrumental. I did all the home tours over facetime and she would show not just the house but the neighborhood as well to make sure I was comfortable with the area despite never having done so before. She gave her real opinions about homes and helped me find the perfect one for me despite it being not what I originally thought I wanted. She was always available days, nights, and weekends either sending me homes or following up on things I sent her. When I did get to the area she spent over an hour showing me around and giving recommendations. Even after settlement she stayed connected and gave qualified service recommendations for what I need to turn the house into my home.
