Long time coming for me to write a review.... Life gets busy.

We used Mark and Lisa at Davis Commercial for finding a retail space for me. They listened to our wants and needs. They found us exactly what we wanted in a very short period of time. Walked us through the lease negotiations. From start to finish this firm was 5 Stars all they way. Lisa in particular was fantastic. She was the agent. Mark is the owner of the company. I appreciated him voicing and helping also. I would highly recommend this Real Estate Company to everyone!

I live in one of their properties. Worst $2400/mo I have ever spent. Trust me folks, If I were not trapped in a lease I would run from these people like the plague. I have called the management at my current residence 2x about the horrible parking situation. I even offered to give them suggestions about how other complexes are handling the issue. No one returns my call. There are several management companies in Houston. You can do much better than these clowns!

We initially found out about Davis Commercial through a Google search and had a pleasant experience with Cotton Munson. Cotton was patient with us and indulged every question we had, no matter how elementary in nature. We was communicative, friendly, and ultimately helped us sell some inherited property.
