I've been purchasing from B & H Photo Video for many years yet have never left a review which I'm doing at the present. B & H is a very fine retailer providing outstanding service in accompaniment with the customer service. Their prices are compatible with all other retailers and sometimes are far better. The quality of merchandise is excellent. I've never had any issues with B & H over the years and their shipping rates are more than reasonable. We would highly recommend B & H Photo Video as their products excel many other vendors. Actually, B & H provides concierge service.Thank you very much B & H for the continued support and service.

* On my recent purchase for the Seahorse SE230, the quality is outstanding as there is ample room for a full size Beretta 92FS and ammo to boot. Some have stated there is not enough room for a full sized 9mm Beretta which is untrue as exhibited by the enclosed photo. In addition there is one padlock hole in the middle for a lock. There are two layers of foam padding on the bottom as the top layer can be cut to the dimensions of the item placed within.The 'plastic' locking mechanism is excellent. We would strongly recommend the Seahorse SE230 without any doubt, none.

I shopped twice via the website. After that, I took a trip to NY and visited the store to buy some more items. There, I was assisted by Jose, who helped me make several decisions on a variety of products. He was incredibly helpful, and I am very grateful for his kindness. If you’re in NY, visiting this store is a must if you’re passionate about cameras, photography, and filming. It was a great experience. Now that I’m back home in Argentina, I recently purchased some more items and, as always, received excellent attention and service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! It is a mess and minimum one hour experience. When shopping in person, they make you bring receipt to counter to pick up your purchase. I then had to wait one hour as they were going and getting my order.

I went 20 minutes out of my way to go to the store after work. I only needed a headset. I located the headset I wanted right away and received a receipt for it. Kinda crazy they don't just hand you the product but whatever I was told that the product was ready and waiting with the cashier. I got to the cashier and the guy lets me know its not ready yet so we proceed to just stand there together for maybe 15 minutes. Then he told me it was taking a while so I should go to customer service line. I then waited for 45+ minutes in this line without any help! The customers in front of me had very big issues and the team at B&H was melting down. One customer had been there for 2 hours and was worried because B&H only validates parking for 2 hours- LOL .

So finally I went up to a manager and asked for help. His response when I told him how long i was waiting for a headset was simply "wow thats a long time." The manager did not want to be bothered.

So then I go to leave the store empty handed after an hour and it was pouring rain outside! Basically I went out of my way after work to go to B&H to get a headset and all I got was an hour wait which left me walking home in a downpour...

You want to know the saddest part? I used to be a huge B&H fan before actually deciding to visit the store LOL When I showed up yesterday I was so excited by all the tech I was sending photos to all my friends!! But at the end of the day, no matter how nice the store is, waiting this long for a simple $100 headset is unacceptable..... mind you I walked out and ordered the same product on amazon for $8 cheaper.

Good riddance B&H! You will not waste any more of my time.

I've only ever had a phenomenal experience with B&H. When I order online, they dispatch my items almost immediately. The slowest I've ever gotten was next-day dispatch (!). My typical experience is "order-one-day-collect-from-mailbox-the-next". In fact, I just made an online order and got a text that my order was ready within 5 minutes.

My in-store experiences have been equally seamless. Once, I needed to return an item -- it was perfectly fine, just too heavy for my setup -- and the return process was completed in under three minutes, no questions asked, no receipt required. The store rep even thanked me for taking the time to return the item in a pristine condition, wrapped in a zip-lock bag.

On another occasion, I placed an online order but was supposed to wait for text confirmation. However, I had to catch a flight and couldn't afford to wait. I ran to the store, and Emily from customer service rushed the process so I could get what I needed in time.

B&H is an unbelievable store, the ultimate destination for all things photo and video. It's like the Strand for books or Mood for fabrics—only with exceptional customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wow this store is unreal, felt like walking into toys R us as a kid. There’s so much cool stuff, this is where the Pros shop, I stumbled in because it was raining. Everything here is top of the line come with money. 🔥

I needed the Canon G7x for a shoot and everywhere I was looking was sold out. Thankfully B&H had the exact one I wanted and was able to overnight the camera to me. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and got it Friday morning! I was very worried it wouldn’t arrive on time as I live in Arizona so the across country shipment exceeded my expectations. B&H called me as soon as they shipped out my camera to notify me of the process and reassured me I’d receive it on time. Absolute superb customer service and my camera is perfect. Love the team, the service, and the products. I will definitely purchase from them again!
