As I shifted from being an employee to a contractor, especially in a new to me state, I wanted the assistance of a professional preparer instead of using turbo tax like I previously did for years. I’m so thankful that I chose Carolina Business Services. When I sat with Melissa to go over all of the details of my year, my previous stress about whether I’d find a good fit to work just disappeared. We drive 40 minutes, past many other tax offices, to come here. Robert has done our taxes the last two years and it’s obvious that he is experienced and knowledgeable. He also has a very calming presence. You can tell that this is a family business with a great atmosphere and we are so thankful to have found good people to do our taxes. I also love that they are open on Thursdays throughout the year—I often call with tax questions that come up, and they are so helpful.

I have been with them for 3 yrs now. How I came to visit was just driving by. I had been to H&R block they said they couldn't help me. Every time I went to another tax place they all said they could not help me with my particular tax problem. When I came here they took the time to trace and track and even call to follow up more than an hour on the phone calling multiple people. to find a solution. They did what no one else would. Wonderful service, wonderful people. If you have a problem they will stick to it to find a solution and take the time to explain it.
