I love heartland pharmacy but whoever is running the window is very slow. I can’t hardly ever go through the drive though anymore because it’s so backed up. I went today with 2 vehicles in front of me and I was in line for 20 minutes. It wasn’t like this a few months ago. Not to mention I received a text that I had 4 meds ready. The pharmacist even told me what all was ready over the phone but when I went to pick them up 2 days later I only had one ready and had to sit and wait on the others.

I've had to call this location twice over the last couple of months and both times the call was connected before the first ring had finished. Furthermore, whoever I spoke with both times was not only incredibly polite but also helpful, which is a rarity these days. In a world where countless establishments have begun closing thirty minutes before the time posted on their front doors, there is still hope.

Tldr. Get the girl who answers the phones a raise.

Switched from Walgreens to Heartland and have never looked back. Pleasant folks and easy pick up. Nice to do business with...feels like small town again. Recommend.

This used to be the best pharmacy until they got this old woman working the window. I have had awful experiences every time I have come thru and she has been here. My husband has had the same bad experiences with her. We are switching pharmacies because of her. It’s a shame. The younger girls who used to run the window did such a great job!

It is not convenient for me to go to this pharmacy but I've always chosen when possible to support the small businesses. It's very personable, they always have time for you. You're not just another person in line or on the phone.

I’ve switched all of my meds from Slowgreens to Heartland. Very efficient, always helping patients with pricing and insurance. They always have meds in stock that big retail ‘can’t get’

Very friendly & clean! Love the idea that the deliver my meds to me:) especially when Im in a wheelchair and have trouble getting around. They have never hesitated to bring them to me. If you're not using Heartland I don't know what you are waiting for

I am leaving a 5 star review and would leave more if allowed! Heartland Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. They had a medication that is currently hard to obtain and none of the big pharmacy in town had it and Heartland did. And they were able to make sure I had my necessary medication. They are just like the small hometown pharmacies from 25 yrs ago. (Not trying to say I'm old..lol), they are very personable and make you feel welcome. I will be leaving the big store pharmacy I've been using for over 4 yrs and switching to Heartland. I am so glad I used them and will also refer my friends and family. Thank you so much for the wonderful pharmacy you are!
