We were relocating to Southern Pines from TX when I called Clyde Shipley: Allstate Insurance in Aberdeen and spoke with Deanna. Her friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions paved the way for an easy transition to selecting auto coverage and renter’s insurance comparable to the protections we had previously in TX. Knowing we had the appropriate coverage was one less thing to worry about when we moved east. Finding affordable AND adequate coverage can be quite challenging in today’s climate and we found BOTH working with Deanna at Allstate.

Aberdeen NC Allstate is amazing. Dena and Kelly Is the best I love the idea of them having a relationship with there Customers. Getting to know them on first hand bases and there names. It doesn't matter if another company offers me a cheaper rate I will turn them down, simply because how they treat me at Allstate in Aberdeen. They care about you and that means a lot to me. I will always recommend them. 👌

Deena and the rest of the team have been taking care of my family for years and when I recently had a bump-up with a deer, they could not have been better. The process was completed over the phone in minutes and I was extremely satisfied with the results. You really are in good hands with these folks.

To be honest it is almost impossible to get in hold of someone over the phone. Prices are always going up, they will get you if you let them. I am not sure what is going on with this place but they REALLY ned to be more available when you need them. The door say they open at 9 am which is not, even if I call at 9:15 am, the agent is not available. Not to mention they take an hour lunch at 12. I am actively looking to go to a different agency or a different company. Hope this feedback helps everyone.

Nearly 16 years with a company, whose rates are ever increasing for no reason even with a perfect driving record. Hidden fees, with much better insurance at a much better rate after moving companies. Best advice...if you are with this company, move....if looking for a great insurance company, this is certainly not it.
