Rebecca is awesome! She went well out of her way to get my policy renewed. Rebecca always calls you back and responds with a great attitude. He is one of the best and is extremely talented at what she does. I have been a customer for 21 years and she has never let me down.

This was a big waste of time. I was referred to this agency by a relative and had high hopes of switching my policies over to them (Home, 3 Auto and Boat). Becky - who was pleasant enough to speak with on the phone ended up misquoting my son's policy just as he was ready to finalize the policy. She then informed me that if I moved all my policies over, that would reduce his rate. So in consideration, I asked her if she was getting ready to leave for the day and she told me she would go ahead and take the information. So I spent all this time providing all the information she requested. She then told me she would take it home and work on a quote. Next thing I'm getting a call from Steve, who turns out to be her husband and he proceeds to tell me he doesn't want her working outside of her hours. I never asked her to - she offered. He tells me that it's not even Becky's job and that she was just trying to help him out. Should she even be quoting policies then if it's not her job? Steve then proceeds to tell me that he won't work on the quote in the morning as he has other work to do so it probably wouldn't be until the afternoon...knowing all along that we were trying to get my son's car insured today. Such as waste of time all the way around. I would definitely not recommend this company. You can find the same insurance providers through other locally owned companies who know what they are doing and stand behind the quotes they provide.

Our family has been with Dan for years, so naturally we followed him to First Pioneer. Every time I call, I receive a quick, friendly response from one of the ladies who are so nice and professional. My questions are always answered in a polite and understandable way. You get the feeling from anyone you talk to at First Pioneer, that they enjoy what they do and care about you and your needs. Dan always asks how the family is doing and remembers little details about our lives, which I appreciate. I highly recommend First Pioneer for your insurance needs, they go above and beyond.

I recently relocated to NC. Dan was fantastic, right from my first initial phone call. He explained how to get my NC license, how and when to obtain insurance, and what insurance was best for my needs. I recently bought a second vehicle, and requested insurance to be put on it. This request was made on a Friday almost at 5:00pm. I wasn't expecting to hear from Dan until Monday morning. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email, with my policy number and proof of insurance. They have a customer for life!!
