Terra, and Jeff provide excellent customer service, as I am sure the rest of the staff does as well. Best experience that I've had with an insurance company by far. Highly recommended. They were always there for me regarding any questions I may have had. If you're looking for a new policy speak with Jeff's Allstate office.

I liked that I needed a policy quickly and without missing a beat, I called, spoke with Jeff Graves and he issued a policy over the phone instantly! I was surprised at this convenience and professionalism when signing up over the phone. I was quoted an affordable price with options to add or deduct any needs to my policy. I like that, because if I don’t want the pet insurance, it’s not automatically added to my policy like the “other” big name companies. You really ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!
