Hiring Jovio as my agent is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I had experience in changing agent when I sold my first house, so I knew that a poor agent would be a struggle in the process. However, Jovio made my second house sale seamless. I like the set up of specialization and I like the CEO Devin's professionalism and confidence. I really feel that he was trying to get the best deal for us and wanted to sell this house at a great price as how he wanted to sell his own house. We got three offers in the first day on the market thanks to a lot of good advice from Devin including the decoration/staging/timing/pricing and then he helped us negotiate a few better offers in the next two days. After three days, we got 7 offers in hand and the offer we chose was way more than we expected. I feel it was such a smooth process working with Jovio. Everyone works there is so approachable and so responsive. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in Austin and Houston area and I wish they could expand to other markets as soon as possible.

To give more detail, when we began working with the Jovio team we were interviewing several traditional Realtors as well as RedFin and we found that the level of competency the Jovio team brought to the table was similar if not better than what we found with very boutique / expensive Brokerages/Realtors. We also got the attention (we believe much more) that we would've expected from an expensive boutique Brokerages/Realtor.

From day one - literally before signing anything - we also received immediately helpful information about staging and working with contractors to help prep our home. Where other Realtors gave us a stale piece of paper with a few contractor numbers on it - Jovio had us up and running with excellent resources for coordinating with contractors that same day. The level of detail was phenomenal and we felt like the Jovio team cared much more than any other Realtors we spoke with. We had a major concern with working with them in that their model was roughly a 1% commission vs. the traditional 3% for selling a home. They completely allayed that concern with their amazing service that married their experience and human touch with some very well thought out processes and technology.

Devin, Megan and the team at Jovio have excellent customer service in their DNA - we highly recommend Jovio to anyone who is looking for an amazing real estate buying/selling experience.
