Arrived at 10am for my 9am to 3:30pm window, and the yard mule was down for mechanical issues and blocking 1 dock. In less than 30 min.'s they took 3 to 4 empty trailers away. As soon as you arrive, check in, they'll have you wait until they tell you to dock. By 10:40am I was docked. Mr. Sergio had me unloaded in less than 30 min.'s. I was going to see where the forklift was on unloading, when he told me to come in to sign my paperwork and he signed as well. I've never been unloaded this fast in Laredo Texas before, not in over 2 years delivering here. I prefer when the customer (receiver) is honest and straight forward. Thank You guys, I hope I come back here soon.
